Galway Film Fleadh: Ken Wardrop’s HIS & HERS

HIS & HERS
How do ladies remember their previous relationships and love stories? In his first feature documentary HIS & HERS Irish film maker Ken Wardrop shows 70 ladies in their hallways, living rooms and kitchens where they talk about their relationships with men.
As so many times before Wardrop is using his family’s life as an inspiration for this documentary which will be screened in the presence of the director at the Galway Film Fleadh on this friday (July 10th Juli, 9.00pm).
Within a few years Ken Wardrop has established himself in the Irish film scene and recently received the Directors Finders Series Award for HIS & HERS. His award winning short documentaries are also very familiar to the britspottinng audience. UNDRESSING MY MOTHER (britspotting 2004) astonished the audience with his unusually open and stubborn glance at his naked mother. In 2005 two films were shown in the britspotting programme: OUCH! and USELESS DOG.
The story of the USELESS DOG Guinness, told by Ken’s father Vater Trevor Wardrop, can be seen here:

How can I obtain a copy of His & Hers, I saw it at the London Film festival and absolutely loved it and would like some other people to see it.
Thanks
